A Real Practice of Presence and Brotherhood
What we practice together.
Breath
Slow the nervous system down and return to what is happening inside.
Movement
Use simple embodied practices to move energy and become present.
Grounding
Build steadiness, awareness, and a deeper relationship with your body.
Brotherhood
Be seen, be heard, and practice honest connection with other men.
A Place to Be Human
Most men know how to push through. Few have a place to slow down.
We learn to solve problems, stay productive, and keep moving. We are rarely given places to notice what is actually happening inside—or to speak honestly about it with other men.
Into the Body brings together breath, movement, nervous-system awareness, and circle. You can participate at your own edge. There is no demand to perform, fix anyone, or arrive with the right words.
You do not need to have it all together. You only need to be willing to show up.
Inside the Circle
Seventy-five minutes. One shared practice.
Each gathering is a complete experience. Come for one Tuesday or return weekly to build a consistent practice of presence, regulation, and connection.
Arrive
We open with orientation and a brief check-in so everyone can enter the room together.
Enter the body
Move through guided breath, grounding, mindfulness, or simple embodied movement.
Reflect
Notice what shifted, what surfaced, and what your body may have been asking you to hear.
Connect
Close with optional sharing, honest conversation, and the experience of being witnessed.
Your Facilitator
I’m Kyle Leighton.
I started Embodied Brotherhood so men could have a place to find calm and peace from within—and to do that in brotherhood.
This work grew out of my own search for deeper purpose, honest connection, and a way of living that did not exist entirely in the mind. Breathwork, embodiment, and men’s work became a way back to presence for me, and eventually a way to serve other men.
I’ll guide the practice and hold the structure. You do not need to know what to say or do before you arrive.

Where the Circle Can Lead

Before you join.
Is the weekly circle really free?
Yes. Into the Body is currently free to attend. Reserve your place and we’ll email the complete details and private Zoom link. No credit card is required.
Do I need experience with breathwork or men’s work?
No. The circle is open to men who are completely new as well as men with an established practice. Everything you need will be introduced during the gathering.
Will I be required to share?
You will be invited into check-in and reflection, but you are not expected to force disclosure or perform vulnerability. You can participate at your own honest edge.
What should I bring?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and choose a quiet place where you can stand, sit, or lie down. A cushion and small blanket are optional. Bring water and a beginner’s mindset.
When should I join the Zoom room?
Doors open at 5:45 PM PT. The circle begins at 6:00 PM and entry closes at 6:05 so the group can settle into practice together.
Is this therapy?
No. Into the Body is a personal-development and embodiment practice. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental-health or medical care.
Your Place Is Open
Come as you are.
Leave more connected.
You do not need to commit to a program, explain your whole story, or know whether men’s work is for you. Begin with one Tuesday.
