Calm • Clarity • Connection
Come back to yourself.
Find your brothers.
Slow down. Reconnect with your body and breath. Build meaningful connection with other men on the path of growth, presence, and purpose.
What We Practice
A place to be human with other men.
Most men learn how to push through, solve problems, stay productive, and keep moving. We are rarely given places to slow down enough to notice what is actually happening inside.
Embodied Brotherhood brings together breath, movement, nervous system awareness, honest conversation, and community. We practice meeting ourselves with more presence so we can meet our relationships, our purpose, and our lives with more choice.
Grounded presence. Purposeful action. Deep connection.
Why Embodied Brotherhood Exists
The person behind the space.
“I started this group so men could have a place to find calm and peace from within, and to do that in brotherhood.”
This work grew out of a personal search for deeper purpose, connection, and a way of moving through life that did not live entirely in the mind. Breathwork, embodiment, and men’s work became a way back to presence — and eventually a way to serve other men.
Ways to Begin
There is more than one way in.
Start with the level of commitment that feels alive and workable right now.

Return to the Body
Step away from the noise and into four days of breathwork, embodiment, fireside connection, emotional honesty, and time in nature.
The retreat is intentionally small — a space where men can slow down, let the armor soften, and experience the kind of connection that becomes possible when nobody needs to perform.
- Guided breathwork journeys
- Somatic & nervous system practices
- Men’s circles and honest sharing
- Forest, creek, fire, and reflection
- Chef-prepared shared meals
- Limited to approximately 12 men
