Jaime Gabriel Raygoza2025-03-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an incredible experience at Kyle’s Men’s Embodiment Circle class on the beach at 7 am. Kyle’s leadership was exceptional, creating a calming and encouraging environment that allowed us to dive deep into our inner selves. The breathwork exercises were particularly impactful, helping me feel grounded and relaxed while significantly easing my anxiety. I’m already looking forward to attending future sessions—Kyle’s guidance and the serene setting made for a truly transformative morning. Kyle provides a powerful space for men to connect authentically and support each other. The combination of guided practices, breath work, and open sharing has been beneficial for my personal growth. I always leave the circle feeling more grounded and more connected. If you're looking for a genuine brotherhood, this is it! Kyle is very intentional about helping men remove mental barriers and connect. The breath work has been a welcome addition to my yoga practice. Recommend to any guy looking to start breath work. The breathwork exercises done together in the dawn beach setting were so powerful! I am grateful for his guidance throughout, and the sheer joy and energy that I left the group with. An old friend who I talked to over the phone just after felt the inspiration as well just from talking to me, so we had a laugh about that. I’ve been in transition to the area and looking for friendship, so I appreciated being able to explore that and start getting to know some new people. I also got some good feedback after sharing that helped me process some of the emotion of my transition. To those considering joining, I would say just come with an open mind and imagination :). Basically for an hour, you do some breathing exercises, some meditation, a little bit of Qigong and stuff. Feels pretty good. The exercise are very well led. What kind of makes this a little bit different from a yoga or meditation class is that there's a sharing portion at the end where you talk a little bit about how you are doing. It's a little bit like an AA group for men who might be a little bit down on their luck. Everyone is really supportive. That this is my first time joining a men's group. Thank you Kyle. Best of luck with your business!Load more
