Can I start anytime?

Is this therapy?
No. This is an embodiment, mindset, and nervous system coaching journey — not clinical therapy.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for about 60 minutes for our sessions and 10–15 minutes a day for integration practices.
Can I continue with you after?
Yes. Many men move into the 12-Week Embodied Journey after completing Asylum from Anxiety.
