Weekly Embodied Group Calls (Core Container)

12 live, 2-hour sessions

These weekly calls are the foundation of the journey.

Each session is a facilitated, experiential container guided by Kyle and shaped around a specific weekly theme. Together, the group explores embodiment practices, guided inquiry, and relational exercises designed to deepen self-awareness, emotional resilience, and connection with others.

Sessions may include:

  • Embodiment and nervous system practices
  • Teaching and guided reflection
  • Breakout groups to practice the work in real time
  • Group integration and shared insight

These calls are where the core teachings are transmitted and embodied.

60-min Group Coaching Calls

Thursdays at 12 PM Pacific / 3 PM Eastern

Optional Group Coaching Calls (Integration + Live Q&A)

4 live, 60-minute sessions (Weeks 2, 5, 8, and 11)

These calls offer direct, personalized coaching and real-life integration support.

Men are invited to bring a current challenge, question, or situation for live coaching. Kyle coaches one man at a time, while the group holds space, witnesses the process, and learns through shared experience. Feedback from other men is offered only by consent.

These calls are:

•Optional, but highly supportive

•Practical and application-focused

•Designed to help you integrate the work into daily life

Think of these as mid-journey course corrections and support checkpoints.
